Welcome to D’Kape. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

 

1. Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

At D’Kape, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Please note our strict policy regarding returns and exchanges:

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.
  • No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, unless the item received is faulty.
  • Faulty Items: If your item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once reviewed and approved, you may request:
    • An exchange for the same or similar item (subject to availability), or
    • A store credit valid for future purchases.

To be eligible for a fault claim, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition,
  • Include original tags and packaging,
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only, not returns.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

3. Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued for approved exchanges or faulty item claims.
  • Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

5. Final Sale Items

 

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund under any circumstances unless they are faulty.
